Selling in Kongsberg
Your home deserves a local broker.
We have been selling property from Kongsberg since 2004 – flats in the centre, family homes in established neighbourhoods and cabins on Blefjell. We know what buyers ask about, and how your property should be presented.
The sales process
Six steps to sold.
You have one broker who follows you from the first visit until settlement is complete. Fees and terms are agreed in the assignment agreement before we start.
Book a valuation- 1
Visit and valuation
The broker comes to your home – or up to the cabin – looks at the property and the neighbourhood, and gives a no-obligation view of what it can achieve.
- 2
Condition report and photos
A surveyor prepares the condition report. Photographer and drone show what buyers wonder about: views, sun, terrain and distance to the trails.
- 3
Prospectus and marketing
The prospectus is written together with you, and the property is advertised on FINN and in Aktiv's channels.
- 4
Viewing
Open or private viewings – in town, in Numedal or on Blefjell. The broker meets the buyers.
- 5
Bidding
Electronic bidding. You are kept informed and decide yourself which bid to accept.
- 6
Contract and settlement
Contract meeting, registration and settlement – until the keys are handed over and the money is in place.
What your buyers pay on top
